IT seems as if Palestinian lives and all the property destruction is not enough to quench Israel’s bloodthirst. As other countries look for broader markets for their products, Israel is broadening its war to target innocent Lebanese civilians and indications are that this aggression may include the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The southern parts of Lebanon are no longer habitable due to Israel Defence Force (IDF) bombardment. In my early teenage years my elder twin brothers had a book entitled: "Just and Unjust Wars", which now I feel obliged to read.
Logically and rationally I place Israel’s war in the folder of unjust war techniques. The IDF's intentional bombardment of civilians and humanitarian aid facilities as well as blockage of aid cannot and will never be justifiable. The once Biblically chosen tribe, whose existence was valued by God, has elevated itself to a super race, with Palestinian and Lebanese lives facing inflationary devaluation in Israel’s human economics.
The IDF and its intelligence counterpart, Mossad have executed a number of unjustifiable assassinations. One such assassination is the gruesome murder of Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah, the secretary general of Hezbollah. Nasrallah had stood as a pillar of resistance and an epitome of what it means to stand for the oppressed.
Last week's assassination of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar adds more value to the assertion that Israel is a vampire regime that sustains itself on the blood of Arabs.
Martyr Yahya Sinwar once said: "We are afraid of death on deathbed or road accident but are not afraid of it on the path of our religion, homeland and sanctity."
Martyr Sinwar and Nasrallah both died defending their ancestral homelands and national sovereignty which we, as Africans, we best understand after an era of slavery, exploitation and colonisation.
Prejudice, misinformation and Islamophobic sentiments have seldom left masses of the world failing to grasp important aspects of Islam like holy war (Jihad) and martyrdom (Shahid).

According to true teachings of Islam, provocation is never related to jihad and martyrdom as the case of Israel's aggressive behavior which is despicable to every sane mind.
Hasan Nasrallah and Yahya Sinwar therefore stood within the framework of these dual concepts because their efforts were defensive and non-provocative or offensive. Everyone has the universal right to self defense of one's life, property, liberties and sovereignty which are exactly the goals of both the Palestinian and Lebanese resistance movements.
It is surprising but not shocking that America's foreign policy now stands in contradiction to its self acclaimed democratic source of national pride namely the Declaration of Human Rights.
The American declaration is questionable because it is not applicable to its allied countries such as Israel which is violating rights not only without Washington's criticism but with its support.
Has the Biden administration lost its humanity to the extent that it advocates for the preservation of wild rhinos yet it sponsors missiles for the genocidal ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and Lebanese?
The Middle East has turned into a testing ground for American missiles, leaving Arabs as guinea pigs of these experimental exploits of the American ammunition industry. Israel isn't benefiting as a whole but Netanyahu is benefiting by diverting the attention of Israelis from his failed domestic policies.
It is barbaric that the lives of countless Palestinians have been sacrificed to help him keep grip on his prime ministerial post, and Washington is not shameful to support this diabolic pursuit of power.
Last week on Wednesday, Israel proved to be disrespectful not only to Muslims of the Middle East but to the entire Christian world and all lovers of heritage sites and archeology.
The shrine of Benjamin, the son of Jacob the Biblical prophet was destroyed to dust by the IDF in the Mhaibib village of Lebanon despite its religious and historical significance having been more than 2100 years old.
This is despite the fact that Netanyahu's parents revered the biblical Benjamin to the extent that they named him after him and yet he chose to turn the shrine dedicated to him to dust and ashes without blinking.
Modern day Israelites have forsaken their divine selection of being the chosen tribe and in reality Netanyahu has transformed into a 21st century Pharaoh who lacks conscience and humanity.
