
Fast-rising artist Kudakwashe Royne Kachehiko popularly known as Oriyano has released a new song, "Dzimba Dzemabwe," that is taking the music scene by storm promoting tourism in the country.
The song has been produced by Ghost Magician is a collaboration with Learn Shona, an initiative aimed at preserving the Zimbabwean language and culture by a Zimbabwean living in the diaspora.
Dzimba Dzemabwe is a love letter to Zimbabwe, showcasing the country's breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural heritage and peaceful atmosphere.
Through his soulful lyrics and catchy melodies, Oriyano aims to attract tourism to Zimbabwe, highlighting popular destinations such as Victoria Falls, Nyangani, Hwange among other holiday resorts in Zimbabwe
The song also celebrates the country's vibrant culture, from its traditional music and peace has reigned.
Dzimba Dzemabwe is timely, as the Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry is launching several campaigns to promote Zimbabwe as a top tourist destination. One such initiative is the Zim Bho program, which aims to showcase the country's tourism industry and the "Visit Zimbabwe" social media campaign.
