Simba Bhora coach Tonderai Ndiraya has said that his players are feeling the effects of fatigue after their one-all draw with Triangle in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League relegation dogfight on Saturday.
With the point the topflight newboys moved to 36 points are hoping to collect at least four more to guarantee themselves safety.
Simba Bhora are currently using Baobab Stadium in Ngezi as their home ground as they carry out renovations on their own stadium in Shamva which they hope to start using next season.
They must travel every week, and Ndiraya believes that it has taken a toll on his players.
Simba Bhora sit 10th on the log standings, five points above the drop zone while Triangle are in the mud with 31 points.
Ndiraya was happy that his side collected one point against Triangle but also felt they could have collected all three.
"It's a very good result for us but am disappointed that we failed to manage the game after taking the lead. We did the same against Caps United. Today we took the lead and managed the game until half time, but I felt we could have done better. I think fatigue is taking its toll on the players. It was hot and for the boys to fight and take a point was quite commendable.
“We are playing against a lot of things, the temperatures, the distance, and fatigue. We don't have a home ground we are travelling every week. We went to Bulawayo, returned for Harare then we were in Ngezi, our adopted home, then we came to Triangle. So, against all this, our boys did very well, playing against a side that showed a lot of hunger. We are doing okay, our aim is to get to 40 points. If we get to 40, I am pretty sure that we will survive. We need to keep pushing our last six games are quite difficult so it's not going to be easy, but we are going to do our best," the former Dynamos mentor observed.

On the other hand, Triangle were disappointed that they failed to take maximum points at home.
They remain confident that they will beat the drop.
"We are happy with the performance but disappointed with the result. When we are playing at home, we must collect maximum points and we need to make Gibbo Stadium a fortress.
“Today we performed well but I think with a bit of luck we could have scored more than one goal. We are still confident that we will stay afloat, we have the quality. Since Triangle were promoted, they have never been relegated so we do not want to be the group that gets Triangle relegated. We need to work on the mental aspect of it and hammer it into the boys that we can't get relegated," assistant coach John Nyikadzino said.
They only lost once in their last six matches, and won once.
