Ex-minister in court over cow’s death

Ndlovu (67) appeared before Plumtree magistrate  courts Joshua Nembaware facing charges of malicious damage to property.

Former National Healing and Integration  minister Moses Mzila Ndlovu has been charged for setting his dogs on a cow belonging to a neighbour.

Ndlovu (67) appeared before Plumtree magistrate  courts Joshua Nembaware facing charges of malicious damage to property.

The former MDC politician was allegedly on the police’s wanted list after he refused to sign court summons.

 Nembaware, however, cancelled the warrant of arrest after a satisfactory answer in court.

Prosecutor Selestine Madziwa alleged that on December 28, 2019, Ndlovu set his vicious dogs on Lungisani Ncube's cow which was mauled to death.

He will be back in court on August 21.
