THREE men from Gwanda are being accused of stealing a 30KW generator, water pump and wheelbarrow at Nkonongwe Mine compound.
Matabeleland South acting police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Stanford Mguni confirmed the incident.
Mguni identified the suspects as Patison Dube (36), Hardfellow Sibanda (27) and Bhekithemba Ncube (21).
Mguni said the robbery occurred on August 19.
Mguni added that the accused persons stole a 30KW generator, a water pump and a wheelbarrow, which they used to carry the generator.
Property valued US$1 150 was recovered.
