Former Deputy Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet who was also the Kuvimba Mining House board chairman Justin Mupamhanga has died.
Kuvimba announced Mupamhanga’s death in a statement this afternoon.
“It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed Chairman of the Board,” it said.
Kuvimba said Mupamhanga was a transformative leader who demonstrated extraordinary dedication, wisdom, and passion during his time at the mining house.
“Throughout his tenure, Mupamhanga shaped our mission and inspired everyone around him. Under his leadership, Kuvimba Mining House achieved remarkable milestones, grew in resilience, and strengthened its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community impact,” Kuvimba said.
“He touched the lives of many, not only within our organization but also in the broader community, leaving an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
“His memory will remain a source of inspiration for years to come. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mupamhanga family and loved ones during this difficult time.”
