MOTOR racing star Axcil Jefferies’ schedule for the season continues to get more hectic after he joined German team Haupt Racing Team (HRT) for this year’s GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup.
The 12th edition of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup series revs off at Imola Italy on April 1 and is set to conclude with the fifth and final round in Spain.
Jefferies will team up with Al Faisal Al Zubair and Fabian Schiller in a number 777 Mercedes-AMG GT3
It has already been a hectic season for the 27-year-old Zimbabwean after he won the Hankook 24H Dubai with the WRT team before joining Swiss team Kessel Racing for the Asian Le Mans Series last month and finished as runners-up.
Jefferies will also compete for Kessel in the International GT Open.
Jefferies is also part of the Konrad Motorsport family in the NLS Series and Nurburgring 24 Hour this year and Haupt Racing is the fourth team he will be joining this year.
