Plumtree magistrate Joshua Nembaware convicted Mxolisi Ncube (20) of Mlotshana village under the Criminal Law Act for unlawful drug possession.
Moyo was sentenced to 12 months of jail.
Six months of the sentence were suspended for five years, provided Ncube does not reoffend.
He will serve an effective six-month term.

The drugs, weighed with a Zimpost postmaster’s assistance, totalled 15 grammes.
