Notorious thieves jailed for two years

Advance Ncube (20), Trust Mlilo(18) and Khlowani Ndlovu (23) were sentenced to two years behind bars each by Plumtree magistrate Joshua Nembaware on Friday.

Three serial thieves, who pounced on a shop in Plumtree and looted goods worth 8268 rand   have been jailed for two years each.

Advance Ncube (20), Trust Mlilo(18) and Khlowani Ndlovu (23) were sentenced to two years behind bars each by Plumtree magistrate Joshua Nembaware on Friday.

Prosecutor Selestine Madziwa said on February 4 this year, the trio stormed Celisani Sibanda's  shop at Kitwe Business Centre in Plumtree.

They broke the padlock and gained entry.

Upon entering the store, they stole various goods and went away unnoticed.

A police report was filed and the police acted swiftly and apprehended the thieves.
