
UNITED States representative and bestselling author, Lois Frankel, is set to headline the upcoming Vase Women and Leadership Summit set for Harare tomorrow.
The event aims to empower women and drive transformative leadership across sectors in Zimbabwe and beyond.
In a statement, organisers expressed excitement about Frankel’s participation, noting her global influence as an executive coach and leadership expert whose strategies have guided women across the globe.
“Dr Frankel’s insights and experience will be invaluable to attendees eager to lead and create meaningful change in their fields,” the statement read.
The organisers said the summit would bring together influential voices, thought leaders and change-makers committed to advancing women’s leadership in Zimbabwe and sub-Saharan Africa.
Other distinguished speakers include businesswoman Divine Ndlukula, Varaidzo Zifudzi, Silibaziso Chizwina, Tendaiishe Chitima, Chipo Ndudzo and Lilian Mbayiwa.
The event will tackle unique leadership barriers faced by women in the region, offering practical strategies to overcome them.
“Through actionable insights and networking, participants will gain tools to foster change in their organisations and communities,” the statement read.
