City Parking (Pvt) Ltd has announced that it is now officially ISO 9001:2015 certified under the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ), marking a major milestone in its commitment to service excellence and quality management.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a globally recognised standard for quality management systems, demonstrating the company’s dedication to improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operations.
In a statement released today, City Parking confirmed that the official handover of the certificate will take place on August 7.
The event is expected to bring together key stakeholders, including representatives from SAZ, local authorities, and the business community.
“This serves to announce to our stakeholders that City Parking (PVT) Ltd is now ISO 9001:2015 certified under the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ)," the company said.
"Official certificate handover ceremony shall be held on Thursday, 7th August 2025.
