KARIBA, Mar.27 (NewsDayLive) - The High Court has ordered the closure of Chewore Lodge and Campsite, and nullified the 25-year lease agreement signed between the Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority (ZimParks) and safari operator Suscaden Investments.
In a judgment made on March 21, Justice Tawanda Chitapi noted that the lease agreement signed by the parties was legally defective in that the deal was concluded without the consent of the Ministry of Environment.
