BULAWAYO, Mar.25 (NewsDayLive)- Rising stars NoNameDanceCrew is the latest group of entertainers to be unveiled as part of the Bulawayo Shutdown line up.
The show is billed for April 26, which coincides with the last day of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair.
The trio has been treating party-goers and revellers of late with their eccentric jiving skills. This time around they will share the stage with multi-award-winning rapper ASAPH.
“This will be our first time to perform at the Bulawayo Shutdown, which means we will also have a significantly larger crowd to impress," said Carlton Mpofu, a member of the group.
"The task is bigger and humbling and of course we will grab the bull by the horns. We have already begun cooking a couple of routines and will soon start rehearsals.
“The city is in for a treat and we will definitely have everyone dancing along, fortunately the majority of people from Skies (Bulawayo) not only love to dance but also know how to,” said Calton Mpofu.
“So when ASAPH reached out to us on a possible collaboration,we sat with our management and all agreed that it's a good move as our interests are aligned in the case.
“A shout out to him and any other person who recognises our game.It means we are doing something right.”

Jordan Dube, one of the organisers, also applauded their collaboration.
“We are all about uplifting and giving a platform to the promising talent we have locally.
“Its even greater when they themselves initiate partnerships because then it promotes a healthy culture of working together.
“Let’s see how this one goes, I can’t wait to see them on stage and set it ablaze,”Dube said.
This year's edition has attracted Mzansi’s Nasty C,Emtee, Uncle Waffles amongst others.
The Bulawayo Shutdown will take place at the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre Hall 3 in Famona, Bulawayo.
