INFORMAL traders have engaged Information Communication Technology (ICT) experts to help to digitise their database so that they can monitor the movement and distribution of the Presidential Revolving Fund to members covering every part of Zimbabwe.
This comes after Presidential special adviser Paul Tungwarara launched the US$200 000 revolving fund at the National University of Science and Technology in Bulawayo recently.
The event was part of the Zanu PF Bulawayo province leadership success series hosted by Young Women4ED.
In an interview yesterday, Vendors4ED leader Samora Chisvo said they were monitoring the movement and distribution of funds from one vendor to the next, covering every part of the country.
“We have already started the initiative and we are positive that everything is right on track,” he said.
Chisvo said only Zanu PF card-carrying members would benefit from the fund.
“It is not too late for other vendors to join Zanu PF and also benefit because President Emmerson Mnangagwa has said he embraces everyone in the country, leaving no place and no one behind,” he added.
The revolving fund will be spread across all the country’s 10 provinces.
